- If you have any immediate concerns about a Young Person’s wellbeing (especially around suicidal thoughts/ideation), it is recommended to take them directly to The Canberra Hospital emergency department for a Mental Health Assessment.

- Many employers also offer short-term psychology/counselling sessions via EAP programs for employees and their family members. These supports are generally able to assist you within a quick timeframe but are temporary.
