Emailing Gungahlin College staff
If you would like to email a specific staff member, the correct email format is: firstname.lastname@ed.act.edu.au
Partnership and communication with our college community is very important to us because we recognise the role this plays in student achievement. The following communication methods help us realise this goal.
Social Media
We use the following social media platforms to provide timely updates to our community:
House Coordinators
Our model of student welfare is centred around a House model. House coordinators and assistants are the first point of call for parents and carers when wishing to discuss issues of student welfare and wellbeing.
Each week, we email What 's On, our regular newsletter to parents and students, which highlights important information and upcoming events. Please ensure you provide the correct email details at enrolment. If you need to update your details, please email gungahlincollege@ed.act.edu.au
Reporting
We generate a variety of student reports including: progress alerts, where applicable; mid- semester, and, detailed end of semester reports.
Parent/Teacher Interviews
Parent/Teacher interviews are held at the College at the end of Term 1 and Term 3 each year. Parents/Carers can book an interview using the PTO Online Booking System.
